Abstract Knowldge is not just out there in reality for humans to use as and when they feel like it. Decisions of either explicit nature are made, when knowledge is aquired, as well as, when and how it is used. As there are costs incured, and benefits accrued, in knowledge acquisition and use, knowledge must be managed for achieving best outcomes, however one defines these. This paper is about how knowledge can be best managed so that value potential is better realised.
